Still isn't working
I went through the steps you emailed me and it still didn't work. I even tried it again just in case I did something wrong. I'm getting the same error messages. This update was clearly not ready for release to the public. Do you guys (the people at Skylum) realize how frustrating this is? First you give Windows users a product that does less than the Mac version at the same price and don't bother to let us know this before we placed our orders. Now you tell us about this fantastic new update but, when we installs it, not only won't run but prevents us from reverting back to the incomplete version. Great work, guys.

Support sent me a link to download the "fix" file and that file also failed.
I came to this forum, found a DIFFERENT link to another "fix" file and that one worked. This was the link to the file that worked:
https://luminar2018.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/Luminar2018_Win_fix.exe
Except when I open the About window it will not close when pressing ESC - have to close it from the Task bar rt-click>Close window.

I noticed that you recommended to someone else to run CCleaner after deleting Luminar and before re-installing it. That was not mentioned in the instructions I received. I gave it a try using CCleaner, reinstalled the "fixed" version but I'm still getting the error messages. Please get this issue resolved quickly.
