OpenGL 3.3 error after installing Update
Read the other posts and I get this error as well, even though I can see previews below it won't load the main screen in the center.
I checked my system and its using OpenGL version 4.2, so I don't understand the problem.

Hi Bruce,
The new version of Luminar 2018 requires at least OpenGL 3.3 for a smooth performance.
While we're looking for a solution you can install a previous version of Luminar 2018 that works fine with older OpenGL libraries. Click here to download.
Also, there is a workaround to fix this issue. You can check it here. -
I am having the same problem with a Sony VAIO laptop using an external monitor along with the internal display. I have an Intel Graphics and Media control panel. Please advise, as I don't have settings fo0r a Nvidia Control panel. Installing the older version did not fix the problem either. Please help!

Hi Steve!
We would appreciated if you can send us two files:
1) The system information of your PC
To open the System Information, do the following:
1. Open the Start menu.
2. Search for msinfo32 or System Information and press Enter. See the screenshot:3. Click on File > Export.
4. Browse the location to save the file.
5. Enter a descriptive name and click Save to complete the task.
The report should be saved as a text file that you can open with any text viewer.
2) Your Luminar 2018 log files
Open your file manager and paste the following path: %appdata%\Luminar 2018
Right-click on the 'mipl' folder -> Add to Archive.
Copy a compressed zip file and send it to us.
Thank you in advance!
