Trying to download the original file for Luminar but when clicking on it, it tries to give me the .dmg file, ie, Mac.  Any way to download the Windows file?  Am I missing the obvious click to select Windows over Mac media?  Thought I would try a new install/update since todays update ruins Luminar on my system with the missing dll file.

  I downloaded the update - now I can't open the program. All I get is a series of error messages reference the dll files for all the filters

  Hi Peter,

  We would appreciate if you send us the system information of your PC.

  To open the System Information, do the following:
  
  1. Open the Start menu.
  
  2. Search for msinfo32 or System Information and press Enter. See the screenshot:

  1. 

  3. Click on File > Export.

  4. Browse the location to save the file.

  5. Enter a descriptive name and click Save to complete the task.

  The report should be saved as a text file that you can open with any text viewer.

  The sysinfo.txt file is so large that my email program won;t send it. Is there another way to get it to support?

  I set up a DropBox folder for the sysinfo.txt file. and included the link in my email. Hopefully that will work.

  Hi David - You can use wetransfer.com to upload and send us the sysinfo.txt file and then send us the link at support@skylum.com
