Ever since you introduced the automatically enabled noise reduction in the RAW development I don‘t feel confident in editing my highly detailed photos in Luminar 2018 without going through Lightroom Classic CC first (where the noise reduction is fully configurable) because I don’t know if the noise reduction has been enabled or not. This makes it impossible to build a reliable workflow around Luminar, a DAM on it’s base is a worthless endeavour - and if you ever decide to change that you will need to support both conversion engines, so it would be better to prioritize getting the RAW conversion right before throwing resources at a feature which will mean double work later... Compared to LR the RAW conversion is lacking a lot of finesse and control, especially in the balance between retaining detail and noise reduction.
The noise reduction that is available as a separate filer is a big letdown too, it‘s much worse than the noise reduction personality that was available in Luminar Neptune.
