I am the author of 'Aurora is frustratingly slow' posted some days ago. Things are getting worse. I have limited myself to using Aurora with a single shot processed with a single preset in the hope that exporting back to Lightroom will take a matter of minutes. (I am using the Windows version on an i7 machine with 8Gb memory). This morning I thought that I would be bold and experiment with a multiple image HDR conversion, again limiting myself to a single preset; I pressed 'apply' at 08.38 (UK time); at 10.12 the export was still not complete so I switched off my computer and rebooted to write this post. I don't consider this performance to be anywhere near satisfactory. While I appreciate that my machine is at the lower end of power and memory, I do think that there are severe problems with the software, its usability and fitness for purpose. If I have to restrict myself to the use of a single preset (and the same problems manifest themselves in Luminar, too (as I have reported to 'Support') then I am not able to take advantage of the power of the software. I feel that I have conned into paying some £70+ for a product that simply does not work properly. Might I suggest that, in your promotional and tutorial material, you show editing a TIFF from RAW file, in real time on a minimum-spec machine; I suspect that your sales would dry up
