Saving versions for comparison
I find the ability to save versions of different processing results for comparison and selection a very useful attribute of Topaz software. I think it would be a benefit for Aurora (and Luminar!) users.

No. Use Aperture as your model: Right click on the thumbnail in the browser (which updates live as you work on the version...) Duplicate version. This makes a new copy of the non-destrutive edits. At this point you have both of them present, but identical. Continue to edit one.
I like this because I can put both images on my left screen, while I edit on the right screen, and have my browser in the middle.
