Things I have found out by accident! (Luminar for Mac)
Here are a few things that I found out by accident while using Luminar for Mac, either not documented, not announced or not clear in user guide, or of course things that passed me by.
- If cursor is moved near value box next to some/all? sliders it turns into the vertical line with left and right arrows either side that comes up when changing column width etc. Press left mouse button, or equivalent, and keep it pressed while moving left or right and you get more precise adjustment of slider value. Works for me on mouse and trackpad but not properly with Wacom tablet, I have bug reported this.
- When cloning alt-click sets new sample point.
- Holding down alt key when adjusting sliders such as highlights/shadows/white/black blanks out the image and then shows clipping in the same way as in Lightroom.
Hope this is of help to others who have not picked up on these points.

Robert - have you actually managed to get the more precise mode to work when holding down Option key, on Mac? I know that this is what is documented but didn't work for me when I tried, and trying this is what revealed the clipping view given as no. 3 tip. I wonder if there was a change in original plans from which the documentation was created, and documentation not updated after things were implemented in a different way from the first ideas.

David - I admit I hadn't tried it out before making the posting, as I used the same "Trick" as you suggested. Having tried on a few different filters I concur with your observation that it doesn't work.
Admins, please amend user guide with David's tip replacing the use of the option Key!
